Carrig Water Ski Centre is in existence for over 20 yrs. It started out like most clubs from very humble beginnings. Skiers changed in their cars, had a whip around to buy petrol for the boat and still paid for their tow.

Now its a little different. The lake is private and only used by the club, the site has been developed into a beauty spot where tourists pull in and have picnics on any one of our three lawns.We always have a welcome on the mat for complete first timers to the experienced tournament skier. We encourage the children of our members to become familiar and feel safer in and around the water, we encourage our many able and disabled members to push themselves to improve on their ability, we offer, free of charge, the use of any piece of waterski equipment one might need to ski.

Carrig hosted the '94 European Disabled Water Ski Competition and set all the Irish records and broke many European and World Records. In order for you to appreciate Carrig Water Ski and Wakeboard Centre fully, you need to experience it for yourself. Why not call out to see us.
